(Rupees One Hundred Fifty) in cash from the branches
of Axis Bank approved by ACPMEC, from 01/6/2010 To
12/6/2010 during banking hours (Sunday closed).
Duly filled application forms along with the
required copies of mark sheets, certificates, Caste
Certificate, Non-Creamy layer certificate will be
accepted only at Office of the Admission Committee
for Professional Medical Educational Courses B. J.
Medical College, Civil Hospital Campus, Ahmedabad –
16 only in person from 03/6/2010 To 15/6/2010
between 11-00 AM To 2-00 PM & 3-00 PM To 5-00 PM
(except Sunday and Holidays). The application forms
of the eligible candidates who have appeared in
GUJCET-2010 only will be considered valid.
Students who want to take admission in Local
Quota of Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College,
Ahmedabad and Surat Municipal Institute of Medical
Education Research, Surat, have to obtain the
certificate of Local candidate from said colleges and
attach the copy of the same with application form.
For physically handicapped candidates, to decide
percentage of disability, decision taken by Board
formed as per the Government Notification No.GP-11-
MCG-1008-3544-J, dated 26-5-2009 shall be final.
Application forms send by post, courier, etc. will
not be considered. Application forms received after 5-
00 pm on the last date i.e., 15/6/2010 will not be
considered.
