Admission Procedure for Diploma in Early Childhood Education:

The College conducts the written test and interview for admission purpose for this course; students passing in this test are admitted. The minimum qualification for seeking admission is H. S. C. This is a self-financing course.

Admission Procedure for D.Ed:

The college has started a course in Diploma in Education affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized by the NCTE and Government of Maharashtra. Admission procedure for the course is centralized and is conducted by the MSCERT.

Admission Procedure for Ph.D.:

The students can apply directly for admission to the college, select the guide of his/her choice and can register the research proposal with the University of Mumbai through the college.

Dear Tandel, B.Ed. CET is expected in Jun/Jul only. Fee is about 50,000/- fr full course. It has 1 year duration as regular course.

@ Simran, For applicants of Open category, Other Backward Class (OBC), and Special Backward Class (SBC) category minimum 45% in degree examination. For applicants of Scheduled Caste category minimum 40% in degree examination. If any University has semester pattern then average percentage of marks for both the semesters should be considered. Minimum percentage marks exemption For the applicants that have served as a full time teacher for minimum two years, the above mentioned minimum percentage limit is not applicable. They only need to pass the qualifying examination.

Eligibity to take admission to B.Ed. Course

1. Graduates from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in; Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Agriculture Science are eligible to appear for C.E.T.

2. Along with the graduates, the candidates appearing for degree examinations of March/April of the academic year from any Recognized University, Agricultural University, Open University, and Deemed University in; Arts, Science, Commerce, Home Science, Agriculture Science are eligible to appear for C.E.T.

3. Candidates belonging to open and Reserve category must secure at least 18 and 15 marks in C.E.T.

4. Candidates having equivalent Degrees of other universities are not eligible for B.Ed. Admission. E.g. Sanskrit – Shastri Degree, Hindi – Sahitya Sudhakar etc.

Normally the Govt CET exam is a state exam and it acts as eligibility for all the colleges that fall in that state. And, priavet CET exams, is conducted by that particular college only and usefull for the eligibilty in that particular college
