@avinjay mewada - Admission Procedure Three Year Law Course: i) General Category of students faculties-wise. ii) As mentioned in column 1 (ii) & (iii) above. Further details will be displayed on the notice board and website at the time of admission. The selected students shall seek admission after interviews within the specified time notified on the notice board and website.

@avinjay mewada - Admission Requirements Admission must be taken by the student in person, by submitting the following documents: 1) Original statement of marks with a certified copy 2) Original Caste Certificate by students intending to avail benefits of the below mentioned categories: a. Scheduled Caste b. Scheduled Tribes including those outside specific areas.

@avinjay mewada - 5) In the case of a student migrating from another University, a Provincial Eligibility Certificate issued from the Mumbai University will be required. Application for the certificate is to be made to the Registrar of Mumbai University in the prescribed form along with the prescribed fees.

@avinjay mewada - 6) In the case of a student passing out from a college affiliated to the Mumbai University, a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from that college will be required. The application for the T.C. should be sent through this college ion the prescribed form. 7) Foreign students seeking admission should produce their passport and student visa at the time of admission. Those holding tourist visas or entry visas will not be considered.

@nayna purohit—Government Law College-Mumbai Phone : 022-22041707 Bachelor’s Law Degree The Government Law College offers two courses in law: (i) Three year and (ii) Five year law degree course. Each of these courses is independent of the other and is in accordance with the rules laid down by the University of Mumbai and the Bar Council of India. Each course has its own admission criteria.

@nayna purohit—(i)The 3 Year Law Course: Admission is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree from any faculty of the University of Mumbai or an equivalent degree from any other University. It is a six semester, full time course. On completion of the three year course, i.e., after the 6th semester, the LL.B. degree is awarded.
