Candidates aspiring for admission to the course need to have completed graduation in Architecture from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.

Also you should pass the entrance exam to get admitted in M.Arch

The answer to this question purely depends on your personal interest and your career goals, during the first year, every student will be learning the same set of subjects, but during the second year of the course, you will be provided with better knowledge based on your area of preference and good PGDM colleges are Indian Institute of Finance and Management - Mumbai, National Institute of Construction Management & Research, Nicmar School of Management, National Institute of Industrial Engineering - Mumbai, KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research - Mumbai, WLCI - Mumbai, Altair Institute of Communication and Management Studies - Mumbai
