AIIMS PG RESULT 2018, CUT OFF

The result of AIIMS PG

AIIMS conducts entrance examination for admission to PG courses offered in different branches of the institution. The PG examination is conducted twice a year. The test is conducted twice in a year for July session and for January session.

When are The Notifications Out?

For July session the notification for AIIMS PG examination is generally out in February. For the January session, the notification is issued tentatively in August. AIIMS conducts this PG entrance test for admission to nearly 131 courses. These courses include both basic clinical sciences and clinical science courses at PG level.

Some Seats:

The number of seats might vary from one year to another for all AIIMS. However, the average number of seats for different categories is as per the table is given below:

When are The Results for AIIMS PG Published?

For the January session, the examination is conducted in November. The results will be declared in the same month of examination. For this session, counselling is held in December after the results.

For the July session, the AIIMS PG Test is conducted in May. The results are declared in the same month of examination. For the July session, counselling is held in June after the results.

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

Irrespective of the category to which a candidate belongs to, he/she will have to secure at least 50 percentile. Only then, he/she will be considered for the merit list preparation by AIIMS.
