GET ANSWER KEY OF GCET 2018 EXAM

GCET is the state-level test conducted in Goa. Admission of the students from the same Union Territory and even students from other states are done through GCET. This test evaluates the ability of students to take up different professional courses in the state.

When is GCET Conducted?

The test is conducted every year in the month of May and the results are published in the same month within a week of the actual test.

Is The Answer Key Published?

Even though the actual result is published within a week after the test, the answer key is published by Directorate of Technical Education of Goa that conducts the GCET.

How will The Answer Key Look Like?

During the test, the test takers will get different booklets for each subject. For instance, for biology, there will be four booklet series like starting from A to D. Similarly, there will be four for chemistry, and 4 for physics and 4 for mathematics. Different candidates will get different set of questions.

The answer key for each of the booklet series is published on the official website of the Directorate of Technical Education of Goa. There will be the name of the booklet at the top followed by question number and appropriate correct option number corresponding to each question.

Is a Provisional Eligibility and Merit List Published?

Yes, the Directorate of Technical Education of Goa will first publish the provisional eligibility list. The admission to the medical courses will be based on NEET and the merit list of NEET qualified candidates is then published by this directorate.

Fee Structure in Four Medical Colleges:

There are four medical colleges that are prominent in the state and admission to these four colleges is done based on NEET. The fee structure in these colleges is as per the table is given below:
