EXAM PATTERN, SYLLABUS OF HPCET 2018

 

  • The test is conducted in single offline (Pen and Paper Based Test) mode.
  • All questions shall be objective type (multiple choice questions); each
    question with choice of four answers.
  • The candidate need to choose one correct answer only.
  • The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
  • Each of the 3 sections have the same weightage of 50 questions each.
  • The test is conducted in English.
  • Each correct answer fetches 2 marks, while 0.5 or 1/4th marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
