EXAM PATTERN, SYLLABUS OF HPCET 2018

- The test is conducted in single offline (Pen and Paper Based Test) mode.
- All questions shall be objective type (multiple choice questions); each
question with choice of four answers.
- The candidate need to choose one correct answer only.
- The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
- Each of the 3 sections have the same weightage of 50 questions each.
- The test is conducted in English.
- Each correct answer fetches 2 marks, while 0.5 or 1/4th marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
