DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD FOR JAM 2018

  • An admit card with the name of the candidate, his/her registration number, signature, photograph and names and codes of test papers applied along with the name and address of the test centre allotted will be available for download from the official website of JAM.
  • Admit Card will be available from the 9th January 2018 till the examination date.
  • Candidates will not get admit cards by post or by any other means.
  • As soon as they download the admit card, the applicants are recommended to carefully examine the card for all entries made therein.
  • In the case of any discrepancy, candidates are recommended to inform the same to the Organizing Chairman, JAM 2018, IIT Bombay.
  • If a candidate cannot download the admit card, he/she can contact the respective IISc or IITs under which the first choice test town/city of the candidate falls. The contact can be done through Email or fax or phone by providing the online enrollment ID, name and Email ID along with the mobile number, mailing address and city code of the desired first choice centre enter. By doing so, candidates can get information about the registration number and the name of the test centre allotted.
  • Candidates can bring a print out of the admit card to the examination center along with an original and valid photo identification. They should bring the ID proof, whose details were provided at the time of applying for the test.
  • Without the valid Admit card and original photo ID, a candidate will not be allowed to sit for JAM test.
  • The admit card should be presented to the JAM officials/invigilators when demanded at the time of examination for verification purpose.
  • Candidates should preserve the admit card carefully and it should be produced at the time of admission, if demanded by the admitting institution.
  • The organizing Bombey IIT has every right to withdraw the permission granted to a candidate to appear for JAM 2018, in case, it is found that the candidate is not eligible to appear for the test. This rule will apply even though a candidate is already supplied with an admit card.
