NATA APPLICATION FORM, PROCEDURE 2018

  • In general, to apply for NATA Examination, the application should be submitted online at the website
  • Candidates, who wish to apply, should go this website and they will have to click on the link that reads online application NATA with appropriate year, upon which they will be directed to the actual application form.
  • Applicants will find that the application form is classified into three steps. The steps are filling up personal details, document uploading and finally fee payment.
  • For detailed instruction on how to apply, candidates are recommended to visit the information brochure, where the guidelines will be given in a separate annexure.
  • Initially, candidates will have to fill up the first part of the application, which denotes personal details. Thereafter, they will be directed to document uploading. Once, the documents are successfully uploaded, the system will automatically move to the fee payment mode.
  • Once the fee is paid, and once the entire application procedure is completed, candidates will have to take a printout of the confirmation page. This page should be kept by candidates for their own records. They need not send the same by post.
  • When filing up the application online, the second part is uploading of images. Here, candidates will have to have a recent coloured passport size photograph for uploading.

  • They should also take their left thumb impression that is clear without any fade, and it should not be submerged with ink.
  • They should also have their own signature in digital format.
  • All these documents should be in jpg/jpeg format.

Application fee:

  • Regardless of the category to which an applicant belongs to, he/she should pay Rs. 1250 as application fee for NATA 2018.  
  • The application fee should be paid only through online.
  • After successful uploading personal details and the required documents, the applicants will be directed to the web page that contains complete details about the payment process.
  • Candidates will have to bear the bank service charges as applicable along with the fee at the bank if they choose to pay through the bank.
  • Payment through EPG: Applicants can pay the appropriate fee through EPG service. When they click the appropriate option for the same, the system will automatically redirect them to the bill desk payment gateway page. As per the convenience of the applicant, he/she can choose any of the options to pay the application through EPG, which stands for Electronic Payment Gateway through debit/credit card or net banking.
  • On successful payment of the required fee, the applicants will be directed to the homepage that will show the status of their fee payment. Once they find the payment status as successful, they are recommended to take a print out of the final confirmation page.
  • Payment through ICICI Bank e-challan: Candidates can also make the payment through ICICI Bank e-challan by clicking on the appropriate option. Once, the appropriate option is selected, an e-challan will be automatically generated by the system with complete details about the candidates.

Confirmation page:

  • The confirmation page is actually the proof of registration of a candidate.
  • This page is generated on successful payment of the application fee after filling up the personal details as the first part of the registration process and after uploading photos and other requirements as second part of registration process.
  • The generation of confirmation page means that a candidate has been successfully registered.
  • This page should be printed and should be preserved by the applicant for future reference.
  • He/she need not have to send the document to the Council by post.
