NCHMCT JEE APPLICATION FORM, PROCEDURE 2018

  • Candidates can apply for the NCHMCT JEE 2018 through online from the website of the council.
  • Candidates are recommended to carefully go through the admission brochure to acquaint themselves with all the needs with respect to filling up online application.
  • Candidates are recommended to make sure that they are eligible to apply and whether they fulfil the conditions as prescribed for admission.
  • If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage even after the examination or declaration of result or at any stage of the course, his/her candidature or admission will be cancelled without any notice. Also, the entire fee will be fortified, besides the disciplinary action taken against the candidate.
  • The candidate must fill up the application form in his/her own handwriting legibly and clearly in block letters.
  • The application form should be filled only in English.
  • Incomplete application form will be summarily rejected and candidates cannot make any requests to refill the application after submission.
  • When submitting application, candidates should make sure that their name is written in Capital letters in the application as given in their class X or equivalent certificate.
  • They should write single letter in each box given against the name.
  • They should not leave any box blank within any word of their name. But, they should leave only a single box between consecutive words of their names. If a name has more than one letter as initial, one box should be left blank after each of those letters.
  • Candidates must make sure that there should not be any overwriting in the application
  • They should not use any pin or stapler in the application and the photo should be affixed with fevistick or gum stick only.
  • Once the application is carefully filled up as per the instructions given in the guidelines in the notification issued by the commission, candidates should send the application.

Where to send the application?

  • Candidates should send the duly completed application to the JEE Cell, National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, A-34, Sector 62, Noida – 201309. The application should be sent to the pre-addressed envelope by speed or registered post.
  • They should make sure that the application is not folded.
  • Applications should not be sent through private courier and such applications will not be accepted.
  • Also, applications sent through speed or registered post after the last date will also be not accepted.
  • Candidates can also submit their application by hand at the office of NCHMCT, Noida.
  • The last date for receipt of application is 14th of April 2018.
  • Candidates interested in applying online have two options as follows:
    • They can visit here and can click option 1, wherein they can apply online by uploading the photograph and signature images in online application form.
    • Otherwise, they can choose option 2 in the same webpage, where they can apply online without uploading the photo and signature in online application form. In the case of option 2, they can click the appropriate link reprint the application form.

  • In addition to the fee mentioned above, the government institutions under the council might collect additional fee towards student activities, identity card, medical expenses, etc.

Fee structure in private affiliated institutions:

  • Even though the fee for the state and central government institutions are fixed uniformly by the council as given above, in the case of private affiliated institutions, candidates can get to known the fee from the website of the appropriate institutions.
  • Apart from course fee, candidates are recommended to gather details about the hostel, mess, room rent and other charges from the website of appropriate institutions.
  • Candidates can find the website address of the private affiliated institutions from the information brochure issued along with application form by the council.
