For NEET PG 2018, candidates with MBBS or provisional MBBS qualification from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India are eligible to apply.
It is important that the applicants must have either provisional or permanent registration certificate for MBBS qualification as issued either by a State Medical Council or MCI.
Applicants must also have completed their one-year internship, or they should likely complete it before the 31st of March 2018. This was the rule applicable for exams conducted between 5th and 13th of December 2016.
Applicants, who have completed their MBBS from the state of J & K, AP, and Telangana, are not eligible for the All India 50% quota seats. However, in the case of candidates, who have completed their MBBS from erstwhile J & K and AP states are eligible for these seats. These applicants will have to submit a nomination from the Government of India stating that they have been nominated for the central pool seats. They should also submit the print out of the acknowledgement of submission of online application for NEET PG 2018.
