TRIPURA JEE APPLICATION FORM, PROCEDURE 2018

How to apply for Tripura JEE 2018:

  • Interested candidates meeting the eligibility requirement can get the application form and prospectus from the counter of the Office of the TBJEE at the Old Secretariat Complex, Finance Building at Ground Floor.
  • The data from which application was made available for candidates was 02nd of January 2018 for this year and the last date was 31st of January 2018.
  • The application was made available on all working days from 11:30 am to 3 pm. This does not apply to Sundays and other national and state holidays.
  • In addition, candidates can also get the application form from different centers like those 6 mentioned below:
    • Dhalai District Polytechnic, Ambassa
    • N.S. Mahavidyalaya, Udaipur
    • Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar College, Belonia
    • D.D. Memorial College, Khowai
    • R.K. Mahavidyalaya, Kailashahar
    • Government Degree College, Dharmanagar
  • Candidates can get the application form and prospectus by post. They should send a postal request for the same to the Office of the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination.
  • Students should send the requests through self-addressed envelope of 30 cm x 13 cm size by affixing a postal stamp for Rs.5 on the envelope.
  • Candidates can download the application form and prospectus from the website of TBJEE at here.
  • Applicants will have to submit the application form in person between 11:30 am and 3 pm. They can do this until the last date of submission, exclusive of holidays.
  • Applicants will have to enclose the printed envelope that they get with the application form after writing his/her postal address and affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/-, failing which they will not get the admit card.
  • The choice of examination center should be indicted by the applicants in the application form. However, the final allotment of the centre to the candidate will be at the discretion of the board.
  • Incomplete application form will be rejected.

Tripura JEE Application fee:

  • Candidates getting their application form in person should pay Rs.100 for the application form and prospectus in cash.
  • In addition to the application form and prospectus fee of Rs.100, the applicants will have to pay the required enrolment fee.
  • The examination fee for different category candidates will be as follows:

  • Candidates downloading the application form from the website of the Tripura Board will have to pay Rs.100 towards application form and prospectus in cash when they submit the application in person. They should also pay the appropriate enrolment fee along with Rs.100.
  • The examination fee mentioned above can be paid by candidates in any branch of State Bank of India. When they choose this mode, they should use the challan provided in the prospectus for the same. They should submit the receipt issued by SBI, along with duly filled in application and necessary enclosures before the last date notified by the Board for application submission.
  • The examination fee can also be paid by candidates online. They can do so by visiting the website of the board- click here.
  • They will find an option called ‘payment of exam.fee’ on the left-hand side of the menu at the website.
  • Here, a page called ‘state bank collect’ will open and here they should click on the check box to accept and proceed.
  • Then, they should select the state (Tripura), then select type as educational institution, Click on the option called go.
  • Then, they should select the educational institution and then should click on the Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination.
  • Then, they should click the submit button and then should click the category.
  • After this, they can make the payment through the option of their choice. At the end, they should carefully collect the receipt for the examination fee paid online.
  • Then, they should submit a copy of the receipt of the examination fee along with the application form.
